Anon, I think you're broken. It's been known that youtube doesn't start calculating the views of a video until at least 1-2 hrs after the video ends. Then it'll count the views afterwards and then audit some if they suspect shenanigans. They'll even delete legitimate views it if happens to be the person watched it from an open tab and it was the 3rd one opened while 2 other videos are playing or streaming.

No, that's not widely known at all. There is no guideline or rulebook from YouTube for anything that you mentioned. If 11k people were counted as live viewers and only 2k were recorded as a view after the premiere ended, then YouTube's metrics do not reflect reality. What's the point of a metric if it's not accurate?
