Thoughts on Botan? She's been my oshi since her debut and I pretty much like every single thing about her and her streams, I've seen many people saying that she's bad so i wanted to hear some detailed opinions

That seems awful short sighted. I'm fairly certain Botan as a fellow Apex player has interacted the most with Nijisanji members out of gen 5. They have the least reason to hate her out of any of the girls.

Botan doesn't play Apex anymore, she's interacted with the shared Apex scene through Battlefield but that's about it. I think Polka has interacted the most, then Nene, then Botan, then Lamy the least. I don't think general fans of nijisanji have any reason to hate on Botan though, it's just random schizos that are actual schizos hating on anything for random reasons.

I didn't like her at first compared to the rest of gen 5 since I think all she did was play FPS games. And her personality was kinda boring? Not sure about now, though. Haven't watched her in a while.

Being honest, i've never seen any botan thread dedicated to her, i've seen some lamy and botan ones but none of them are just about botan and when there's a botan thread half the comments are people saying she's the worst gen 5 member. I'm a Nijifan and I think she's a pleasant girl, I just don't watch her. No one in Nijisanji circles really talks about her other than that small tourney she appeared in recently, she isn't in the Apex playing circle so there's no reason to talk about her.
