Dunno what you'd be up to but the closest that I can think of is Rai from NijiID (if you want actual males playing as shotas)
I guess check out Mashiro from NijiJP but he's not a shota, just a boy with girl's voice (also voiced by actual male)

intense tsun is an instant no for me, or at least i haven't seen any instance of it that i found appealing. i'd rather the usual streamer banters with chat + occasionally softens up and says something cute to us, that's not what tsundere is but it's the closest thing to it that i can enjoy.

i feel like one of the best tsundere is, frankly, kuzuha. he's been trying to be more open lately about how much he appreciated his fanbase. but he refers to them as cattle and constantly reminds everyone he only cares about them because of the money, then on the rare occasion being really shy and sweet and thankful.
izuru from the stars is also very very very tsun but the dere is unbelievably rare. cute when it happens though.

The closest one I could think is Kenmochi. He doesn't act like steorotypical anime tsundere but both him and his listeners love bantering and shit talking each other, but it's pretty clear he appreciates his fans (and vice versa). If you count tsundere towards other vtuber, then you can count Shellin whenever Luis is involved, only to her though, he's nice to everyone else.
