>>1399986Does it still show 0% for Japan? Japan and Australia have separate tax treaties with the US, but the terms may or may not be similar.
>>1398518>>1409657I used to read a lot technical defense papers as part of my job. They really do come up with numerous good novel research. Sure, we gave them a head start, but they really do help advance our tech and beat us hard in certain fields. The EU has a few good papers in certain fields, but a number of them are just them catching up to China/US defense tech. China publishes like randomly throwing darts at the wall with a machine gun. Most of them shit that a freshman could BS better, and it's hilarious when a certain old Rusky professor that I've seen a few times shits on them publicly to their faces at conferences. But there are a few really good publicly available gems that scares some EU research directors I've met with how far behind they are. Anyways, I'm done blogposting to /pol/tards, CNNfags, Fox and Fags, etc. I'm also not religious because that's for the weak minded.
