You need to write lyrics, compose musice, produce tracks, mix them, create art for albums, promos, Mvs, etc, then manage advertisement, production, and distribution. That is a shitload of stuff that some random autistic girl who enjoys singing probably knows very little about. One reason Mori is so valuable is she was toiling away making albums for years and has the skills and experience to make originals at a terrific pace.
Labels will do all that for you. They'll also take most of the money. There's a reason every successful artist seems to end up making their own label. It's not just vanity. They want the cuts.
