Its the speed, she tries to speak fast to seem like she's fluent in English which is fair to her pretty good, you can tell for example Lui talks a bit slower than haachama does and she studied the language rather than just picking it up while you lived there.
Haaxhama should've definitely tried to study while she was there, but her situation was pretty hard there already and aside from the lockdown she only stayed in Australia for the duration of her semesters before flying back to Japan as soon as she's done
