Kiara, on the otherhand, had no real prior history with Pekora or vtubing before joining HoloEN. So, there wasn't a real opportunity for Kiara to gain the respect of Pekora before meeting her. Thus, the power dynamics between the two was like a fan and a celebrity. Pekora is rather shy, so this would make her feel uncomfortable, making it harder for Kiara to form a healthy friendship with her.
