Well it was (very) obvious that she wasn't into Hololive at the start and had to fake her enthusiasm a lot, which she does badly. Hell she even admitted that her initial thoughts were just cashing in while doing the minimum required effort, before her guilty conscience made her put in more effort after all (I think she said this in one of the expo interviews?)

Something recently must have made Hololive finally click with her recently though, at least that's my personal rrat because the difference is obvious to anyone who isn't a delusional whiteknight.
Maybe it's just the fact that she finally cut off her toxic friend circle and moved on from trying to impress them.

Either way, if she keeps this up I might actually be forced to like her again.

In her view she'd sold out. For nothing more than money. Worse her friends felt the same way about it. So she wound up alone with a bunch of people she didn't really like that much.

Now with time she's adjusted, gotten to know the rest of the girls better and gotten used to the idea of being in cover and she's rebuilt her old friendships hence why she's been doing collab projects with so many of them.
She even semi-retired her old stage persona recently.

Shame that so many of covers fanbase are utter cunts.

She's just more comfortable now, her musical career is going incredibly well and it doesn't feel like she forcing her character anymore but I guess that can be said for Myth in general, then there's having new kouhais, it indirectly gives them a new sense of responsibility especially as EN Gen 1. They only had each other at the beginning. They both have said that at the start of EN, they were pretty much alone in Japan so being able to hang out together helped them on the long term. Remember that we can only see what's going on on the screen, but Mori several times has declared how Kiara is one of the most hardworking girls she has ever known. Now that they all found their footing, they didn't need to continue Takamori but that doesn't mean they haven't stopped being friends at all.

I only listen to her music, never really watch streams, so I can't say for sure, but there is an interesting progression with the music and the story her body of work has been telling, when put together.
She does sound like she's been finding herself, and just recently got over a period of extreme self doubt and conflict between who she always thought she should be if she ever "made it" and who she actually is now that she has. You get it in tone alone, and how the productions went from aggressive, to mellow to now much more colorful in the Boogey Voxx collabs.
I think her acceptance of the culture she's now a part of happened a long time ago, but she still felt out of place, even if she didn't dislike it. Now she's over it and is exploring a new voice, and wanting to tell new stories that can be both more positive but also more open-ended. She's no longer tormented by past struggles to make it the bulk of her work.
Red, end of a life, Spiral Tones and Crown are my favorites, in no particular order. Though I'd probably pick end of a life if forced to choose one as the absolute favorite.

Being one of the faces of Hololive also means dealing with the shitstain that is TT who coincidentally is sponsored by Kadokawa who just so happened to announce a partnership with Cover for a Senchou Book immediately after said podcast. Even her interactions with TT felt more "professional" compared to her first interview where she sounded like an autist trying to impress and fit in with the "cool kids". Even Mori mentioned in her mengen(?) that the collab was more about business. The girl has learned to embrace Hololive and this is coming from someone who would've bet his paycheck that Mori would be the first to graduate after her contract was up. Nowadays its hard to imagine HoloEN without that dork.
