Remember when coco graduated and suddenly the rare holos were suddenly less rare? They got told by the higher ups to get their asses to work. Everyone should know that the talents know of company matters way ahead of the fans. Things like graduations and new talents. Not long after being told to get the fuck back to work the underachievers started slacking again. It wasn't that much longer till a new gen was announced behind the scenes. If people didn't want to work they would add people who would. This is the reasoning of the people that own the company. Anyone that finds a smaller paycheck in the coming months absolutely deserves it.
