The rule is no voice chat of a fan is allowed on your stream. Kuzuha played with two vtubers. They were vetted by management beforehand. How exactly is that a violation? They both had streams before he noticed them and added them to his stream, the boy had 44 subs and the girl is on 17live which is a retarded site I can't navigate. Therefore, streamers and not merely listeners. I agree the rule needs to be cleared up but Kuzuha has nothing to do with this. Noraneko brought it up and Gwelu said maybe they should ask their listeners to become vtubers to circumvent the rule.

Basically, Gwelu had a stream going on where he allows for viewer VC after a 24 hour delay. That got okayed by management, but then one of the people who showed up was a fan of Noraneko, and apparently that isn't allowed, so the archive is gone.
The issue is that there's alot of confusion going around because most other livers aren't aware of that rule either so it seems to be a new rule. Gwelu is trying to get around that by asking the guy to become a streamer, citing that incident where Kuzuha had an impromptu collab with 2 2view vtubers, you know, as a "I'll make this regular person listener into a youtuber... just to have my archive back!" joke, but it's kinda ballooned and taken a life of it's own at this point.
Also he specifically mentioned Kuzuha in that video so obviously that wouldn't go over well.

I know it's cemented in the copypasta, but this needs correction. If your tissue is necrotic, it's already done for and needs to be removed to save the surrounding tissue/your life. Airplane cat's nipples were injured by the clothespins to the point they were leaking pus, but they weren't necrotic, just in danger of more severe damage without proper treatment.

Gwelu's whole thing is he likes to cause drama. Voice chat isn't the same as playing with people and they both know it. Hell, they let Gwelu play with voice chat ON in his mafia games but he just can't stream it live, he had to upload it as a video. The issue is live in-game VC where anyone could say anything, surely someone with common sense sees the issue with turning it on. A random person could say anything, forget about saying bad words, they could verbally "dox" the vtuber or say an anti comment, etc.
For the record I don't really agree with the rule because it's funny when VC is on sometimes. But I get why it exists.

Thinking that a voice chat ban is fine isn't a sign of hating someone. There are legitimate reasons for a vtuber company to ban voice chat with randoms, namely people saying things or playing audio that legitimately could get them in trouble. And since it is a stream, people trying to join specifically to cause problems is possible. A voice chat ban has it's problems but it's not an unreasonable measure.
