But the thing about drawing as a professional is that it's your main focus, and streaming is inherently a distraction, with thousands of people basically over your shoulder. So the more serious your project is (assuming it isn't barred by NDA), either the less you're going want to stream it, so you can give it 100%, or the longer you'll have to expect parts of the work to take. Depending on her deadlines, that's flexibility she probably can't always afford.
When she streamed the Cover project she only got through sketching a couple faces and probably had to hammer out a lot of it offstream. Ina has a certain workflow at this point where she usually has something already laid out by the time she streams it, so she can stick to a smaller particular goal each stream. But Sana's process is a bit more free flowing, sometime avoiding lineart altogether, and I imagine tougher to plan out. Basically, I feel like she'd have to consider every "serious" drawing stream as an endurance stream in order to allow the time to make it worthwhile.
Until she can find a workflow that suits that for her bigger projects, I can understand her doing mostly casual things for her art streams right now.
