Taking into consideration that she has to take care of herself, you can easily come to the conclusion that she could use a little bit more money to sustain her living.
However, given that she only had 25k subs and was a 2view vtuber the sums she made were really good. So you can safely assume that she will be a big earner now that she so much more viewers. And she really wants to be successful and puts in the work for it.
On the other hand I like how people here claim Oga was right, she has everything planned out, she is totally fake, but then she said that she likes money and wants to become rich, which was not the smartest thing to say during her debut.
