TL;DR: Projek Hikayat abuses their first talent (Duroppu Charming), who has been in hospital for the past week or so, over every minor thing they can use, while giving their second hire (Manika Kuramu) favouritism.
Attempts by fans to defend her, by making other creators aware what's going on behind the scenes, are being met with lies by PH themselves that it's Duroppu using sockpuppets, she herself had to come defend herself.

Duroppu herself is trying to quit the company but they're giving her unfair terms, such as returning all their equipment SAFELY BY THE 24TH and making her foot the bill
