>>14407808>but HoloJPsThis hasn't been the case at all. Remember that a good number of them have complained about their managers and some even went so far as to having them replaced. That they are swamped in work seems to come in spite of how good their managers are, but it does seem like they're doing much better now that Hololive has turned into a cultural phenomenon.
>>14407858Anon, look at the people you mentioned:
>a workaholic>a workaholic in Japan>a workaholic in Japan who also happens to be JapaneseThey were never not going to take advantage of the opportunity given to them to make the most money they could make streaming if they could get away with it.
What about the others that do have things going on off of Hololive that can't realign their lives around it?
>>14407924Unfortunately, they don't seem to have faith in Hololive's staying power enough to keep them fed, otherwise they would have done so already. They want to make sure that they do have an out in the event that things go south and they find themselves out of a job. There's nothing that can be done about that.
But like I said, that's more management's fault than the talent's itself. They need to be told "we need constant streams around this time slot so please pick an hour to stream and do so daily if you can, and if you can't join up with others to share that time", but management doesn't seem to do that even though I am sure the expect them to do so. So clearly that's on them for not understand what the underlying problems are for the western market.
