>>14423326Former Aquacrew here. There are multiple reasons, but it started around April-June 2021. She did a marathon of Apex to grind the ranking and failed to do so before the season reset.
This marathon made her sick so she had a few weeks break.
After that episode, she basically stopped streaming as much before and wanted to focus on her "idol dream". Even when streaming, she wasn't the same hardcore gamer (played Resident Evil Village in easy, Marine teased her about it)
Basically, she went the Suisei route. But the difference is a big part of her fanbase like her because of her gaming stream, so they went away (myself included).
Then there's the lack of motivation. She has a lot of antis from both the Chinese community and the JP Apex community. In her comeback stream of June, she said something on stream like
>I always get depressed when I see a negative comment on my video or twitter. If I see a hundred positive comments and one negative, my mind focus on the negative one. So please send me a lot of love and message, so many that I can't ever see the negative one.Well, it didn't work since she turned off her comments a few weeks later. Fubuki is in the same situation as her but she's mentally tougher.
She's a lost cause now. She need to first realize that the internet isn't always a happy-go place. Second, she needs to understand that shes an "internet idol". If she stop streaming, she'll lose her fans. Her most recent original song only has 350k views after 9 days.
