official dealings matter. if there's a concert or event the number of invites is limited. who gets the invite is who is a partner foremost. people who are business competitors and not even in any agreement are left out to dry. hence hololive isn't welcome are bilibili influenced events.

i haven't even checked, but it's certain the hololive tags are suppressed too so they won't be trending. like how twitter and youtube can manipulate trending stuff. bilbili certainly promotes stuff and picks winners who get on the front page.
this kinda stuff is legit business activity and competition. the spammers doing illegal stuff and harassment aren't the same as this and aren't even allowed on bilibili. hence there's no anti spammers in the comment section for the cooo video.
