>>14453912>What the fuck changed her so much? Here's the breakdown, if it wasn't obvious: She has always been a bitch, since she was a twinkle in her father's eye. She was born that way. She has BPD and can't help but try to ruin everything good that happens in her life. All she cares about is her own pleasure.
In spite of all this (or perhaps because of it), she used to be poor, lonely, and have almost no friends. Then she became a vtuber and experienced some success. With her manager guiding her personality, and her treating Kana as a character, not as her actual self, she managed to put on a very adorable, cutesy, wholesome persona. Remember when "wholesome" was the most commonly-used descriptor of her and her streams? That's because she was instructed to be cute, sweet, and a little ditzy. And since she actually cared about entertaining an audience by playing a character at the time, she could manage it.
Perhaps she wasn't completely rotten to the core yet, either. That all changed once she started to get lots of viewers. And when she started to get lots of money. Look up her first $50 donation video. See the genuine surprise she had for receiving $50. She was so damn poor that even receiving something that tiny from somebody genuinely made her day. She didn't have the same level of entitlement because she didn't live a life of luxury. Giving a BPD bitch that amount of money and attention, making them feel like they are actually important for once, changes them. Instead of being delusional about it, it instead becomes real. She started to be a bitch to PPP and always complain about everything he tried to get her to do. He had no control anymore. She started ignoring everything he wanted because she was too "stressed" to stream that day, or just "didn't want to" do that thing. Finally, she graduated from Tsunderia, and completely lost any semblance of order or management in her life. A BPD bitch being completely on her own results in what you see today.
She has nobody to tell her to actually try to be an entertainer, and she won't do it herself because she feels too entitled to the success and genuinely doesn't care about being a vtuber. How many times do you see in her Discord where she literally admits exactly that? That she hates streaming, never wants to do it again, thinks of it purely as a job she has to do just to survive, and how she despises her own viewers/audience? It's a shame, really. She's a talented girl. If she actually put in the effort to try to be entertaining, and she actually invested money into her stream assets/quality rather than dumping it all into Skeb commissions, she would easily be the biggest indie right now. She would probably have surpassed 500K YouTube subs and would have thousands of viewers every stream. She was easily on pace to be at that point. All she had to do was try. It truly is a shame to see all that go to waste, but if you ever get upset about it, just remember that nobody deserves to miss out on that more than she does.
