If you want the English speaking audience, then you need Japanese girls with English language fluency in HoloJP. Not western women who don't understand the culture, but JP women who were raised in the culture, but have learned English language. Language and culture are very different. Some EN girls may know japanese language, but have 0 understanding of the culture, because they were not raised in it. That's why it doesn't work. That's why it's pointless.
