Lack (Flare's artist) used subtle changes like skin undertones and brighter clothing, but it's definitely a noticeable change from the first model. This is done to imply fairer skin while also maintaining as much similarity to the previous color as possible. If you need a comparison pic to realize that it doesn't change as much, then it's working. Honestly prompts to Lack for pulling this off.
