Models often have parameters where their weight is roughly height minus 120 cm (when average is like 100-110-ish), e. g. 170 cm and 50 kg, and it doesn't immediately mean they have some serious health problems. La+ diet is shit because she lives on delivery from Macdonalds once a day or something, that's where she might have problems, sure, but not just because she's thin.
