The thing I like most about Polka's design is the way it seems like she's just Nobuhime but with her hair dyed blonde. Same with the similarities between Gura and Senzawa's model.

I found Haachama's old design to be pretty plain but her newer one is really pretty. I especially like it when she wears the eyepatch. I honestly wonder what is up with her eye though since when she returned to Haato outfit her eye was shutting itself constantly. Hope it isn't health related like strokes or something.

Probably a face-tracking issue. Animaze, FaceRig, and pretty much every other software out there still can't figure out how to get 1:1 face tracking done right, and even if they could it might still be dependent on the user's working environment (lighting, camera quality, etc.).
