I think that’s part of it.

I also think EN management should have noticed these issues and tried to push for more collaborations and interactions.
They are all socially inept and shy. The amount of collabs with both other EN and with JP should be much higher.

If anything Mori seem to have become the leader of the group and the one carrying these full myth collabs. If she wasn't there to smooth things out with her dorkyness these collabs would be a complete and total disaster.

The way I see it. Mori is becoming a leader as you say, Kiara helps push the flow of conversation, Ame assists with the technical stuff. Ina seems to be fading into the background. Gura offers a little more than Ina, but is mainly having her channel being used as a vessal for the streams.
