>>14693232Criticism from where? Here seems kinda pointless as you'll find complaints for anyone about anything. Plebbit is also pointless cause the majority won't criticize and would actively attack you for doing so even if there were good reason.
It's kinda hard to find actual criticism when these things happen as a result. But I also can't think of many cases where one of them has taken an extended break for the sake of taking a break and not because they did something to screw their health or piled up too much other work. Heck, I think some of them have even ended up streaming during their supposed breaks because they end up bored, but that can probably be attributed to having less they can do with corona-chan being an issue.
>>14693439Tools -> preferences -> scheduling. Should be a dropdown that defaults to `mix new cards and reviews`. The issue you're having is 100% the reason I dropped off on my first attempt after a month.
Something I only recently changed after ignoring recommendations to do so is the `New interval` for lapsed cards. That is, when they show up again if you miss a card and need to review it again.
Cogwheel next to deck name -> options -> lapses -> new interval. I have mine set to 75%.
