Nobody tried to actually show they didn't want to be painted as an evil person and that the jp girls are good girls. Most tried to fend for themselves and didn't tried to reach out for the other side. They were blinded by china that they didn't know what they did was wrong

in the end, only Doris was a backstabber. Why do people group all of them together. She was the one who had tons of evidence even prior to being in hololive showing she would sabotage her coworkers to get ahead, doing things like making members of her production team use burner accounts to send negative things in the chats of other members of whatever company she was part of so people would think she's the most liked one in the collab. Even with Artia, the only thing she's guilty of is not saying anything when her discord mods were doing shitty things, which isn't an endorsement of their actions just a decision not to get involved with it since it's a losing battle.

I'm just going to say it. In the end, I would've rather had Coco and Haato gone. Coco ended up becoming shitty by going the indie route and now associating herself with losers like Nux and Bao and Haato hasn't made any good content since either. I would've rather had shallow Civia GFE and dumb FPS collabs with Artia and Ame instead.

I am not a fan of Haato's content after becoming haachama and Coco sucks but still. Cover made the right choice. I don't even have much of a political stake in it at all but to bow down to a bunch of chinese fans and give them what they want would not have been acceptable. They had to cut and run, bilibili was a lost cause. They had to stand by the majority of their talent and show some balls.
