I been asking myself a question without asking it to other people, what compels someone to watch a Vtuber they don't understand? for example Pekora who has more overseas viewers than local, they watch her for the cute sounds? the gameplay? the chat? i mean shes a animated avatar right so not much changes when she displays emotion so if you mix that with not understanding almost anything she is saying... what's the appeal?
