People really think that when hololive commissions these big time artists for one off art styles that those artists just spend all the time doing outfits for the vtuber or something.
If you want a good model you should go to an artist that specializes in it as you'll probably get new outfits when requested. Requesting big artists and mangaka's is retarded unless you're hololive because they literally have another fucking job.

Or in certain cases, you have to be massively successful and actually can give something back to the artist. Uto and Nabi is a good example cause Nabi at first didn't even say anything about Uto at all but when Uto got popular and actually helped Nabi in getting even more exposure, Nabi came in. It also helped that Uto wasn't a massive bitch to her artist. Amelia was a success and put Nabi on the map while Uto cemented her position. It's a 2part thing. For Nacho she seem to have a harder time since besides Gura, the rest are literal who's and Kana is a huge psychopathic bitch on par with Artia at this point.

No Kana is like Suisei who joined up already having her model, so when she left she kept it. Also Tsunderia is unironically too nice for their own good and that's how they got fucked over by both Kana and Rosemi while any competent company would've have those escape clauses locked down or at least had some level of collateral so a menhera or a grifter can't tank the entire company.

Tsunderia begged Kana to join them to give the company legitimacy since she was one of the most successful indies. She was doing them a favor when they were first starting out because one of her friends was involved with the company. It wasn't at all a situation where they got "burned", they never invested any money into her.
