>>14827689You sound like the average tenor. I liked your enunciation, which started clear at the beginning and has a lot of power to it. Alright for a podcast speaker. Then you went menhera (I'm sorry but that was kinda off putting).
Well the biggest problem is probably this: I can hear the annoyed tone in your voice (also the desperation). I think that a joyful tone / enthusiastic might help better (but of course, if you have mental problems, better focus on those first or it can lead to more complication by pretending to sound happy).
My impression is that if you were to stream, there is a high chance that you will go on a tangent of menhera outburst... (Which might be entertaining for xQC's twitch memelord zoomer gamer audience if that's what you're into.) So unless you want to pander to a more "female" audience, maybe learn to adjust the tone of your voice to something softer (be prepared that /vt/ will label you as a faggot though!) or more monotone chill bro type. (Unfortunately you don't fit both archetypes due to the menhera-ness...) But not all hope is lost! Try to find a self improvement activity to retain your confidence! And eventually the menhera-ness will hopefully dissipate bit by bit. If you are willing to put in the effort to, you can sound nice as an ikemen yaoibait (unless that idea repulses you).
>>14827689You sound like a baritone. And you are probably mostly using glottal muscles. And as a result, it gives your voice a raspy, dry impression.
It is deeper than the other guy, but unfortunately not as deep as
If I were to assign a character to you, you would fit well as a bara character. Or a chill dude bro like shroud if you can play FPS.
It's an alright voice, but it won't carry you alone unlike a voice on the bass-register.

Last note to both courageous anons, I'm sorry for destroying your belief that you have a deep voice. I've heard that most people have an impression that their voice is deeper than what they really are due to the way sound travel from inside the cranium. So there's nothing wrong with getting it wrong as it is a common occurrence. Your vocal register is not something you can really change unless you take testosterone. Vocal training would probably give you a better control of your voice. And yelling
all the time won't make it go lower (actually it'll make you get more used to deploy your chest voice, which will sound powerful, loud, but not deep!)

As for Vox and Corpse Husband (I don't know this guy but I checked his YouTube since he was said to sound alike) they are on the bass register. Unlike the anons who posted their vocaroos, they do not try to force a vocal fry/mask voice or glottal voice. Instead, their voice sound very smooth and warm without putting much tension to it. And horny girls seem find it incredibly gentle and sexy.
(My theory is that voice with too much tension can sound aggressive and might be a red flag to most women. Idk I'm just basing on these threads.) But if you are not on the bass register and tried the same speaking technique they did it might end up sounding too "faggy".

So yeah, it's just the vocal fold genes. Like the good face genes. Unless you can sound like Jotaro/Abe-san effortlessly you're not on the bass-register.
