All doujin works are technically copyright infringement in Japan, so porn artists are always at risk of legal trouble if the IP holder is ever shown to be willing to shut them down.
Companies generally don't try to shut down the doujin market because it's very good advertisement for their IP, even if it sometimes comes from porn (I got interested in Fate after reading some Fate doujins).
So Anycolor shutting down DLSite porn doujins (which is a huge market in and of itself) sets a precedent that they are willing to go after doujin artists. That precedent itself will be enough for a large percentage of artists to stop drawing Niji stuff, since now there's no guarantee of you being able to make money from it.
There will probably be brave souls who will continue to draw Niji stuff just from their passion, but most "mainstream" doujin artists will now be wary of touching the Niji IP.
