There's a chance someone doesn't care about Miku but buys because of the artist, or they like both Hatsune Miku and Ina but don't normally buy and the collaboration aspect put it over the top. These are the very obvious outcomes they are hoping for, or the third more rare less controllable one of just buying cause you like the design.
