What you should have said is something like "that name is just unknown if you're ESL", which isn't even true. The name is Latin and E. coli is found in every country on Earth. You're just extremely uneducated.
TLDR: My native language is English, but I'm not a filthy EOP. I know what E. coli is because I received an education. People who aren't EOP know what E. coli is.
