Clipping JP clips for EOPs is understandable, you add the Eigo translation for people who can't speak moon.
JPs or ESLs clipping English chuubas into their own language also makes sense for the same reason.
But what the fuck is the point of clipping and captioning English-speaking chuubas... with English subs? Other than cloutchasing and/or viewwhoring?
