2000-3000 - may nor may not get your message read, but it's small enough to have a tight knit community
5000-7000 - still comfortable for the streamer to have a conversation, but fast as fuck
10000-999999 0 doesn't fucking matter why bother
Subs/follows don't matter either. They literally don't affect how the stream goes.
