Finana isn't that far behind and might end up #1 Ollie-style by associating herself with the twitch crowd. Won't do much for her views but will boost her subs. Nina's also growing quick but still has a long way to go. Pomu, Rosemi, Petra, Millie, Enna, and Reimu all seem to be on track to remain slow growers.
On the male side you're probably looking at the future top of the branch. Vox and Akuma are already at 60k despite numerous culls. Wouldn't be surprised if one or both manages to pass Sana (260k) in like 6 months.
