Most vtubers it doesn't matter if you can understand all, only part, or none at all of what they say because it's all the same anyway. Clear talks mostly just about the rocket, the launch, approach angles, etc., things that you really need to understand to appreciate, meaning there's not much to engage the casual eop viewer long-term.
