The two clip channels responsible for a lot of her clips both died 7-8 months ago (one posted an Uto clip 3 weeks ago but nothing else), and no other dedicated sub channels have really popped up since. She used to get translations from some other channels too, but it seems like they've gone on to focus on other content (some went for clickbait holo clips, some went for lower key holo clips i.e. actually good ones, and some went for lower key clips of vtubers with far less of a following than Mea). Part of it might be that she tends to kill most of her VODs immediately after streaming, making it harder to find and clip stuff unless you do it live or record it. Her killing her VODs could also make it harder for her to get recommended to people, and harder to get into since it gives the false impression that she rarely streams (and there isn't as much content in general to watch).
Filtering EOPs and drama could've played a role but I kind of doubt it considering her views are generally somewhat higher than they were over half a year ago (it can be really inconsistent desu).
She also became an indie in March of last year, already has a fanbase and popularity, sleeps a lot, and she's made enough money from streaming that she doesn't really need to continue doing it but still does (I think there was more to that but I don't remember), so she might not really see as much of an incentive to exaggerate herself anymore. It seems like she has toned it down a lot in the past months as well. That could've caused some clippers to lose interest, especially when deciding between one of her live streams and some else's, but that's just speculation. If someone does start clipping her again it would probably be an already long time fan.
The other big reason is likely how music heavy her content is, with a large part of it being karaoke streams with some gaming streams, zatsudans and covers. Music heavy VTubers don't tend to have as many clips even with a lot of subs (there are exceptions), so that could play into it. Karaoke clips are fine, but zatsudans and gaming clips can make for more interesting clips; however, with zatsudans especially, that requires a lot of time and investment on the clipper's part to find those moments, and it's a lot harder to find those in mainly music-focused streams, many of which are unarchived.
The lack of existing live translators and clip translators is probably also a reason. She also doesn't pander to EOPs:
https://youtu.be/ecvgsTLVuLMShe doesn't really get upset by EOPs in chat (anymore at least) as long as it's grade school English, otherwise it would be unreadable and therefore spam. She also doesn't like when people have conversations in chat, which is something you shouldn't really do in any chat. There's a clip of her misreading an English comment here, though I haven't heard her read one while watching her live:
