>>15407361>It's more likely, I'll give you that. But it is also not confirmed and I am tired of reading pronoun discussions every single time OA is brought up.I can agree that the male/tranny argument is just lazy at best and a diversion at worst. I err on the side of that it's more probable that he is male than not, given the observable patterns of behavior and dancing around the issue and come to the most reasonable explanation for that, but overall it matters less - even if that issue were cleared up tomorrow one way or another, there's still enough to dislike about Omega besides. At least for me, the biggest red flag is that no talent has anything good to say about him, only more or less disdain. We anons on the outside can have our own reasons to dislike him, and those may be off the mark, but if even the people on the inside can't come up with good things to say about him (compare and contrast this with how highly many of them speak of their ~personal~ managers, so it's not like they just have a blanket dislike and wouldn't differentiate between managers who actually do good and the bad shit that comes from the higher ups), that gives me some indication at least that he's probably really a bad boss and they don't like him. And if the girls don't like him (after all, I'm a fan of the girls only, not the company itself or any of its directors), why should I?
>I can believe that, it is not a problem for me though and I can't relate to any arguments about why it should.Sure, as I said, you could even probably "make it work" if Omega came out as a male. For example, just have him be some sort of "designated punching bag" character, like a chuuni clown that serves as a lightning rod to soak up criticism. Unfortunately though, his demeanor (for example, Ame had to quickly delete her "omega deez nutz" joke tweet) seems to be that he does actually take himself and the shitty cinematic universe he conconted very seriously, so he just comes off as a pompous odious faggot instead of potentially being a lovable clown at least.
>Besides, why should that matter more than Yagoo being male? His image image does not indicate he's unable to molest a talent.I brought up Yagoo as an example of a male character who is generall well-liked, to illustrate the point that it "could work", if done well. As for why Omega still feels the need to hide behind his teehee genderbivalent kayfabe, your guess is as good as mine, I only laid what I think is the most probable reason. Or to approach it by inversion: What reasons would there be for him NOT to reveal his actual gender? What reaction does he think will happen, so he holds back?
>There is fanart of him and plenty of interactions with him, I think that's enough to indicate endearment to at least part of the fanbase.Sure, he "interacts" (gives some stupid larp answer to inane marshmallow question) on twitter once in a while, and there are some fans who "like" him, sure. (I'd still say that has probably less to do with anything he actually DOES or any positive qualities of himself, and is just more of a reflection of the uncritical nature of the braindead normie hololive fanbase, who'd even simp over a simple piece of cardboard if it just had the coveted blue triangle next to its name). But I meant it more in the sense of, what has he actually DONE to endear himself to me, what are actual tangible reasons why I should like him? For example, can he point to specific projects that he made happen for the girls? It looks more like the opposite, every memorable event has been something the girls hade to produce themselves (often, if not outright against Cover company, then at least with disinterest and no help from them). I can not see any positive contribution that makes me think "it's good that he's here", instead it's more like "it were better if he weren't here". The only thing he can appeal to is a general abstract sense of "well, I am the producer of the EN girls, so if you like them, you SHOULD also like me, because I made that all possible!" (like in his bitch faggot tweets when he tries to sneak some credit during anniversaries), but that has the opposite effect and only turns me off further.
>I am not the first person to suggest that, but Omega and AO could be several people, too.Could be, but for me to many individual "coincidences" add up that I find it more probable that there's only one and the same person behind this whole larp.
