So they hand out a spot in their highly expected next EN generation to someone, not for any amazing actual entertainment qualities she has, but mainly just because they'd think "yeah sure lets waste a spot, not with a good streamer, but just to have someone who'd potentially do some art for us for free, ehehe!". That's not how ANY of this works.

Also if you mean to say that the reason she has taken so many breaks because she's totally working hard in the background on Hololive art, suuure, I can't wait to see all the amazing pieces that kept her so busy
