But it takes Youtube a certain amount of time to "bot check" each viewer, and they scale it based no the initial numbers, with 2k (at most) viewers per minute being typical for streams the size of Hololive's, plus likely "auto approving" Premium users and users with other signals of "legitimacy".
That ends up putting a hard cap on how big a 20 min stream can grow based on how fast Youtube is clearing their queue, no matter how big the initial audience was
