Or if a new actor in a drama was rude to the star. What matters is their behavior off the screen. EN girls rudeness (I'm not sure who specifically you are complaining about) tends to be rudeness of ignorance, like they don't appreciate the fact they are working for a Japanese company that was built by those that came before them at all and they see it as just a job. So they can be rude on-stream but then off-stream they don't even really interact with their senpai or show evidence of any genuine appreciation for them. And really the greatest evidence of that is refusing to learn Japanese, not doing that shows they have no respect for others. Apart from Calli, the Japanese speakers are respectful.
