yes. this is the gossip board and she bears the wrong label.
apart from this, I think there are 2 other reasons that debuff her
>streaming but twice a week
>no collabs. she's in a bubble like Hololive without having anyone else to share that bubble with, so no networking

I am not sure about her background, but I believe she works for Crunchyroll in a non-vtuber capacity also and does not seem to be making anything from superchats / memberships. It would be nice if she got a cut, but right now all superchats are donated to charities.
