I only watch holos, and if I wanted to listen to "skilled karaoke" I'd listen to legitimate artists, not some failed wannabes who try to act like they're something important among amateurs.
so yes, I'd rather watch SOVL where she's trying to have fun while singing rather than make sure every single note comes out like she wants.

I think Laplus has both really. Sure, she could improve by a lot still with vocal training but she actually has a powerful voice that is very soulful.

Skill is impressive but SOVL is considerably more entertaining. The only 'skilled' karaokes I watch are IRyS's; other than that, it's all SOVL.
