>>15562958Except that in last cull's case, everyone were affected to various extents. HoloJP was affected. HoloEN was affected. NijiJP was affected. Even indies were affected. A lot of streamers, both JP and EN, were complaining and inquiring YT on their official Twitter.
On the other hand, so far, this supposed cull doesn't seem affect everyone or follow any rule. Sure, HoloEN was affected the most during last cull because of EN viewers' behaviors. What about this one? If there is one, why is HoloJP affected, but not NijiJP? As others have said, outside of End of Year effect, NijiJP's numbers don't seem to be changing in any drastic manner. Do Niji JP fans somehow behave differently from Holo JP fans, then, and how? Now that we have proof that not only a lot of people don't seem to be affected, there are streams that do much better than expected too, which makes it a lot less likely for a cull to be in place. This same program got a peak of 130k last year - with lockdown in place. It's now 152k and rising - that seems to be in line with the increment rate of other Niji's events. If there is a cull, am I supposed to believe that this NJU'd have gotten 170k? 180k? 200k without it, then? Almost +40% CCV rate even though other Niji events only got +10-20% increments?
