Mori's performance in her comic was adequate though, so it's more an issue with some ENs and not others. If there's one thing that can be said, it's that some chubas in Hololive EN have been phoning it in so much they never developed the passion that an anime character should have.
That's not to say they had to be high energy, but being able to recite lines seriously without a hint of irony is a skill they should've been developing.
