You could change your name in your Google account settings but then it would change in Gmail and everything else. You could also make a second Google account, but a better way to do it is to make a brand account. That is the officially sanctioned way to have an account on YouTube without your real name on it, and you can put anything you want (no worries about name collisions unless there's a verified user using that name for their channel). A brand account is managed by one or more Google accounts, so you would still log into your Google account, you would just have to switch the the brand account channel on YouTube before sending a superchat. It's useful because you don't have to put your credit card on two Google accounts, you can just put it on your main account. You can also convert your personal channel on YouTube into a brand account and rename it that way, if you want to keep your subscriptions, likes, playlists, etc. (but not comments or chat history).
