I actually messaged Jeff Lew about this and he told me that this style of video still isn't rendered real-time yet but he is probably going to get something like that going soon. He already essentially uses vtube stuff to do the facial animations in the new material cause he apparently uses an iPhone for face tracking now as opposed to the method he rolled himself for the original in webm related so I expect that at some point he will be doing in-character livestreams as KB at least for the purposes of like Q&A and such.
