how many simps (or non-simps) are gamers in the old sense as well as vtuber fans?
what games do you play? Wargames? TTRPG's?

for the record, i know Fubuki is actually 1/3rd OldSchool gamer as well, as she likes TTRPG's
Calliope likes Geist and OWoD.
Fauna likes the most hated version of D&D, so, that is something.
OmeSis does Yu-Gi-Oh, which is trash in the West but i guess it's the higher form of cards on the Moon.

I started playing Dark Heresy around 2008(?) as a player and have been running games since 2016.I did play AdMech before Covid hit. Currently I'm playing Star Wars Force and Destiny on and off since my day offs just end up playing Twilight Imperium or the Dune board game.
But if you're interested in TTRPGs other than Mythbreakers, NijiID+EN played that >DnD >5e >homebrew last Halloween, and I know an indie vtuber who goes by Halbernacht. Runs games frequently, on top of his Skaven/DarkMech/Nurgle painting streams. Keep an eye on the small corpos too, they might be pulling their own RPG group soon.

Considering how Mori likes OWoD I would like to see a MtA campaign, but I'm fine with them playing anything other than generic D&D kitchen sink setting or FATE.

TTRPG is one of the few streams where you can tell Mori actually enjoys it, it's worth watching for that alone.
Also, Gura is surprisingly great at roleplaying.

Why would you need English? TRPGs are huge in Japan, tonnes of people including chuubas play Japanese games in Japanese.

I'm more of a PF1E guy, but been nogames since the campaign I DMed had to be perma suspended after general schedule changes meant the group couldn't line up schedules anymore (Although part of the blame's on me for being a faggot without enough drive to manage weekly sessions and switching to biweekly which means we could've potentially wrapped shit up before schedule changes happened)
That being said I'm not sure whether it'd be fun or enraging to see the chuubas struggle around all the trap options of 3.5/PF. I know Rosemi playing Age II made me extremely mad with how blatantly shit she was at the game.

They should just do a bog-standard 5E game. Boring yes, but actually doable without frying everyone's brains. I think the more narrative style of the storyteller system is a better fit, but the girls need more experience with how to play a basic bitch game first.

I wouldn't say that Gura being good is surprising. She's got a vivid imagination and good improv skills. Aside from a willingness to try, that's all you really need for a TTRPG, especially using the storyteller system.

this, i got into /tg/ after mori's campaign because i never really knew about any other ttrpg besides 40k and DnD, both of which being extremely uninteresting to me

I think FATE would be a really good system for players like Gura and Kiara who can improv well. I can see how it wouldn't work with players like Ina and Ame, who tend to clam up in heavy roleplaying situations.

Probably Rolemaster? If you're not looking for some shitty 1-off from some hema heartbreakers. Some people really liked it and still play it. Every attack requires you to roll percentiles%, add or remove bonuses, remove your enemies defense score, then match your weapon with the enemy armor type and calculate piercing level (A->E).

EVERY. ATTACK.

Someone made a game inspired by it last year (Against the Darkmaster) that carries along the spirit.
