Ame's is fairly unique take on a well known song. Not the most pleasant to listen to but interesting.
IRyS's is a very generic original. Her singing is much easier on the ears, but I honestly can't remember how it goes 10 seconds after it ended.
Cover needs to hire a good music producer. Forget competing with Nijisanji, there are 2views with way better composition to sing to, like this one for example:
