don't you realize that is literally the problem with (actual) hags, they have a hard time getting pregnant
that's why 25 or earlier is the perfect age because you get to have fun with them for a while before fertility drops off a cliff
IVF is fucking miserable. if you can get pregnant without it (ideally while also not being obese, which also fucks with fertility) I would recommend it.
