They directly get rid of botted accounts from time to time and if large viewbotting happens they tend to handle it fairly quickly
One time when they did a large purge of botted accounts it resulted in a large amount of follower drops but not a large drop of viewercount.
There isn't any sort of widespread botting going on at Twitch, and constantly claiming otherwise is just gonna make you look like a schizo.
