I don't actually care what vtubers do, at least not as much as I pretend to. It's mostly just exploiting the material for absurdist humor. With that said, I won't watch it or look fondly upon that vtuber. Virtually cuckolding the audience is a fetish. If you're forcing your own NTR fetish onto people in the audience who don't get off to it, it'll inevitably drive people away from your content. This much is a matter of course.
Women like men that other women like because at the end of the day they know who the father of their kid is, but men like women they can have all to themselves because paternity uncertainty. This is human nature, and vtubers aren't immune from evolutionary psychology. Bringing another man onto the stream is an easy way to punch a viewer's lizard brain in the dick, so go ahead and do it if that's what you want. But once that can of worms is opened, there's no putting the toothpaste back in the tube.
Once a whore always a whore. That perception will filter unicorns looking for escapism rather than the real women experience. And if someone is watching vtubers instead of 3DPD idols or ethots, they're probably not fond of real women from the start.
